Bob and Fred Pearson have been in the mass appraisal business since 1981, and have consistently met the needs of municipalities for ad valorem appraisal work. Our company has grown to over 50 employees, many specializing in specific roles in the reappraisal process. Since our incorporation, we have completed over 150 turnkey appraisal projects and have appraised over 2 million parcels. Due to our success and long list of satisfied clients in Virginia and North Carolina, Reappraisal Inc. was formed to provide the same quality services to municipalities in other states. Reappraisal Inc. and Pearson’s Appraisal Service strongly believe in providing high quality and comprehensive appraisal solutions.
