        This is the best most honest locksmith. Having experienced dishonest memphis/desoto locksmith I will always call piefer safe & lock. You can't find a better one!

        Extremely Professional!

        I have found that there are locksmith companies operating that have no business servicing customers. Peifer is extremely friendly and is actually licensed in the stste of TN, unlike many of the companies out there. I would not trust just anybody when it comes to a Locksmith. Very Saisfied.

        dont call these guys

        I called and asked to ask about a lock and was told the price 175.00 i went to home depot and found the lock 20.00 I called back and the man on the phone was a little upset that i shopped at home depot that there product was junk way to go home depot

        All locks are not made the same. We also sell $20 locks but they do not have the same security features as high security locks which cost more. My employees are trained in security hardware and extend the various options to customers whereas employees of big box stores may not have the expertise to know the difference in a high security lock and a low or mid grade lock. Our company has been in the Memphis area for over 25 years and we have an A+ rating with the BBB. Our goal is to work with our customers in securing their property with the appropriate locking mechanism. Sometimes it may only be a $20 lock but at other times it may require a high security $175 lock. I'm sorry that you received a bad impression of my company and I hope that you would give me an opportunity in the future to rectify the situation.
