Don't waste your time, enegy, or breath. It's amazing how some people are still in business. My agency tasked me with doing some market research on requisitioning an ice machine. I called this company and a man answered the phone. I started out by saying "good morning, how are you," and the man rudely responded HOW MAY I HELP YOU! Amazed,I began to state my business and he re-routes me to another man. When the other guy took the phone, I introduce myself and my agency (US Navy). He goes, ohhh the Naval Air Station, I said yes. I began to state my business and asked if he could offer any suggestions. He rudely does a 360 and says, wait a minute- who are you looking for! Incredibly, I took a minute to confirm that he's in the ice machine business and he says yes, followed by- but WHO ARE YOU AND WHERE ARE YOU CALLING FROM!!!!. I apologized for wasting his time (more like wasting my time) and proceeded to the next company who can comprehend how to conduct business. I seriously think these people are suffering from Bipolar.
