The Cabinet Shop

This has to be the worst experience I've had as a tenant in over 10 years. Owner/management are rude and nonresponsive. Their walls are paper-thin, and tend to separate creating cracks that allow you to see into your neighbor's apartment. Sounds and smells from neighboring apartments leak as well. Basically zero privacy.

When you bring these issues to management they dismiss you and do nothing to fix it. They also applied a very strong concrete sealer in the first floor, whose odor forced many tenants to vacate the building for two nights at least. They failed to warn tenants this was happening. They refused to grant pro-rated rent because it was not toxic. Does one have to suffer long-term health damage for this to be considered inadequate living conditions?

Please stay away from this place. For what they charge you can find way better options in the area.
