Walmart Supercenter

The staff in this walmart are not up to part, there is never enough cashiers/staff to take care of their customers and their needs,questions,or complaints. They are very unprofessional, not organized, unsure of everything,and etc. I went here to purchase crickets and no one never came to sporting goods to check me out and the time before that I left. I personally picked up the store phone and called for someone to come to sporting goods due to this happening before, NO ONE NEVER CAME!!! But they did send a undercover officer to circle me and watch me as I was up to something. I really didn't appreciate that at all. I waited every bit of 20 minutes for someone to come service me, every worker that I approached repeatedly told me someone will be with me which never happened. That being said I do Not recommend this walmart to anyone due to all the bad experiences that I had with them.

i agree with this complain by this blogger.they call this store the gehtto walmart because it is so unprofessional.i made a order with my walmart gift card and the order did not go thur.

I CALLED THIS STORE 7/10/08 INQUIRING ABOUT HOMEMADE ICE CREAM FREEZERS. 1ST CALL I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DIAL ANOTHER NUMBER TWICE (I GUESS NO ONE KNEW HOW TO TRANSFER A CALL). THE 2ND CALL I WAS ON HOLD WITH AUTOMOTIVE, TWICE I WAS CUT OFF AFTER TRYING TO BE CONNECTED TO HOUSEWARES.

AFTER DIALING THE "OTHER NUMBER" WHICH JUST RANG FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES SOMEONE FINALLY PICKED UP AND I COULD HARDLY UNDERSTAND HER MUMBLING. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE AT A PLACE OF BUSINESS WHERE YOU COME IN CONTACT WITH PEOPLE ALL DAY EVERY DAY.



LONG STORY SHORT THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ANSWERING THE PHONE IN AUTOMOTIVE, HOUSEWARES OR THE SERVICE DESK!!!!!!

JUST HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS WALMART. HAD A CO-WORKER WHO LOST A LOVED ONE NEEDED TO TAKE FOOD BUY THE HOUSE. I CALLED THE DELI DEPARTMENT AND WAS TOLD IT HAD TO BE ORDERED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE ; WHEN I TOLD HER WHAT HAD HAPPENED SHE GOT IT READY FOR ME THANK YOU DEBRA WILL NOT FORGET THIS. THE ABOVE WILL BRING ME BACK TO WAL-MART I HAD ALMOST LOST CONFIDENT IN YOUR STORE AT THIS LOCATION.

Every experience I have had with this Walmart has been awful. The Cashiers are very discourteous. The shelves are never stocked. I've tried once to talk to a manager to help for our school. No one returned my calls. I've called since to speak with a customer service manager to place an order and no one would answer the phone. This is the only Walmart I've been to that gives awful service.
