Overall

Rob and Paula Smith of The Body Project are both knowledgeable and motivating in their work to help their clients become their healthiest. I've been a client for nearly three years, having worked with Paula on nutrition and regularly attending Rob's morning bootcamps. I would recommend the Body Project to anyone who desires a smaller environment that offers a strong, more personal, supportive workout community.

Overall

Before finding Rob, Paula and Julie 3 years ago, I was working out for an hour 3 times per week at a local gym however I was not seeing the results for the amount of effort and time I was investing. I had just turned 40 and knew I needed to do something different. The Body Project experience has been great! I have learned so much both nutritionally and in fitness that has made a difference for me and my entire family. They have helped me lose more than 20 pounds of fat and build muscle. I feel stronger and in better shape than I was 20 years ago and have been inspired to try and do things I never thought I'd be able to do. Whether you just want to become leaner and stronger, want to lose 10 lbs or need to lose 100lbs, this is the place for you to be inspired to reach your goals.

I have known Rob and Paula for quite some time and what I can tell you is they truly care about their clients and getting them results. They rock!!
