TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Customer service.



Extremely bad experience recently with Pauls TV....First of all I had done my research on the TV I wanted, only to be badgered by the sales manager into buying something he obviously wanted to sell me. When I insisted on the model I had done the research on, he shrugged and told me I would get problems with it.



Sure enough, fast forward 10 months and it is shot. I drove back to Pauls TV to find out what I needed to do to get the unit repaired, as soon as the 'new' manager (probably a reason they have a fast turnaround of staff there) found out that I had not purchased the extended warranty he wasn't interested. I explained a few things, and he all but called me a liar, and laughed, whilst clearly dismissing me



I have purchased from Pauls TV on 3 separate occasions now, but I will NEVER do so again. I will also make sure to let everybody know to shop elsewhere.



I really miss the days when a customer was a valued commodity to a company, the sooner places like this go out of business the better as far as I am concerned.
