        Scheduled a redelivery. Took some time off to sign, did not arrive. Called, talked to a rude agent, asked for a supervisor, hang up. Called this annex, busy signal, can't connect to anybody. No wonder USPS is losing business

        Overall

        For weeks I've been getting the wrong mail. Also my neighbors have to bring me my mail. I've missed some bills and I never got a registration card for my card. I had to resend to that. Since the mailman was changed several weeks ago it's been terrible and you can't reach them because they don't answer their phone
