        The staff was superb! All were knowledgable in answering any questions I had. Service was prompt and when I had to add a few days to my contract, there was no problem.

        Rented a car from them and everyone I dealt with was great! I had to push back my drop off time and they worked with me and I ended up not having to pay extra because it was still within the right time frame.

        Since a car accident that totaled my vehicle last September I have rented from Mentor Enterprise at least once a month. Each experience has been more satisfactory than the last. The employees and I call each other by name and I receive a warm welcome and smiles each time I walk in the door. They are very knowledgeable about the services they offer and each of them has gone above and beyond to care for me as a customer and as a person. No other rental car business is more accommodating and the specials that they offer cant be beat!
