The windows and siding Aluma-Trim installed have been great since their installlation in summer of 2007. Installation was as planned, quicker than I expected, professional, and included a complete pick-up of waste. Even though our home was just over 5 years old, the windows performed poorly. Our home is at the top of a hill and is hit by consistently higher winds than average but, even on the few occasions when wind was very light, the original windows allowed unacceptable drafts. The new windows (constructed by Windows by Unlimited) eliminated the drafts and even quieted outside noise!



When high winds caused a slight siding problem the next spring, a friend just happened to ask about how the improvements were working out the morning after I noticed the issue. He happened to talk with Mr. Grossman that Monday morning and mentioned the issue. Before I got around to calling Mr. Grossman to report the issue, he called me to check on the problem. Needless to say, the problem was quickly corrected. Mr. Grossman proactively reached out to stand behind the work. This kind of service is almost unheard of by today's standards.



Mr. Grossman is a pleasure to work with. Unlike my experience with other home improvement contractors at my previous home, Mr. Grossman offered choices and helped guide our selection of products without using high pressure sales tactics, his company does what they say they will, and they stand behind their work.



Most importantly, the siding and windows look great and perform well. I whole-heartedly recommend Aluma-Trim.
