Excellent, excellent food, however service was absolutely terrible. Our table had 3 different waiters. We didn't get what we ordered and had to ask them about our food constantly. One of the waiters (a much older woman) kept hovering over us while we were eating our food, which made us feel very uncomfortable. They didn't know which check belonged to which person. They didn't add up our checks correctly, repeatedly telling us that they were not added up correctly (even after we paid). They were saying "thank you" and "good-bye" to us even though we didn't get our change and our receipts back. As we were leaving the restaurant, the older woman lectured us about not leaving tips (which we did, but apparently it was not enough for her). First of all, if she wanted that tip, it's her job to add gratuity to our bill, which it wasn't, giving us the option of leaving tip. Secondly, there was not a notice anywhere about a so-called 20% gratuity of a party of 8 people or more. She added up everything and said we owed her more money. On top of that, the woman didn't know how to add anything up, so I ended up helping her. This lady was very rude about tipping. We gave them what we can (considering their service), yet she wanted us to give her more. Unfortunately we were nice (not rude) and gave her the money.



If you decide to give this restaurant a chance, just know that their gratuity is 20% and not 15%. Be prepared to get a lecture about not tipping enough. And be prepared for terrible service.



One thing they can definitely improve on is their service. Be more attentive to what customers order and have their food ready on time. Do not hover customers as they eat. Also, I believe it is very rude to ask about tip as customers are leaving, so do not tell them how much tip they need to leave if you are not going to add it to the check.



For sure, I won't be going back there anymore because I felt cheated. I will take my service somewhere else.
