Modern Rehab Physical Therapy

Modern Rehab was a life saver. I've suffered from migraines since I was a teenager. They have gotten worse and worse over the years as I'm now in my 30's. I reached the point where I was so sick of taking prescription meds and over the counter meds for my migraines almost daily. Nothing helped me. I was to the point where they were so bad, it was difficult to even take care of my little ones, let alone function at all.

I decided to give Jamie at Modern Rehab a try, as I had heard amazing things about him and his PT clinic from a few friends that had been seen by him for varying conditions. I was actually at 2+ weeks of constant headaches and migraines, where I had to take medication every day for those 2+weeks... This was the worst I had ever been, and for the longest duration. I was at my breaking point.

Everyone at Modern Rehab was so friendly and welcoming. Jamie (The Physical Therapist) spent so much time and energy working with me. He worked on me at the clinic, and sent me home with a few exercises to do to strengthen some neck and back muscles that he had concluded may be causing a big problem, in turn causing these horrible migraines. I did the exercises during my visit with him, then did them again at home that night. The next morning/day you can imagine my absolute shock when I had ZERO headaches or migraines all day! None! I couldn't believe it. I wanted to cry, because unless you suffer from migraines, you can't comprehend how debilitating they truly are. Then came around the next day, I did my workouts again in the morning and the afternoon.... And again, another day with no migraines! And now I am already on day 3 of no migraines, and no headaches. I am in complete shock.

I am so thankful for Jamie's wonderful expertise and his gift for physical therapy.

Needless to say I am very much looking forward to my next appointment.
