TVM Heating and Air

They were dispatched to my house on a warrantee claim. After refilling the coolent, repair man said "you should also spray it out with a hose." Why he didn't do it himself is beyond me.



Two weeks later the AC unit is broken again. I called twice, 24 hours apart, and got no phone call back despite leaving a message with my name and number.



I emailed, again leaving my name and number. Still no response.



I called a third time - this time the voice mail box is full - I can't even leave a message.



Such an unprofessional organization. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely the worst possible experience!

TVM contracted with American home warranty as a service provider for hvac.

On June 9th I placed a warranty claim for an air conditioner that failed. Two days later they contacted me and set up to come look at the ac unit on a Sunday (day 3).

They came out and determined that the system was needing replacement and that it might take a couple days since they needed to get the warranty company to authorize replacement.

After four days with no contact from TVM or the warranty company I got someone to answer and was told that they still had not received any authorization, they were frustrated and did not have time to be on hold with the warranty company. I would think that being on hold is part of the job the contracted to do, but I suppose being a warranty customer I was not important enough to waste time being on hold for.

Three weeks later they decided to not service the claim and now I start over with a new vendor hopefully they can be honest.

wow they really mean it when they say $25.00

for a service call I had 3 other company's come out and give quotes and these guys had the best price of all my units are both working great Thanks TVM we love you guys

this is the place to call when you need help with your heating or air they where fast and well priced the fixed what 2 other companys could not fix and their price was even better then there service call great ppl and would recommend them to all my family and friends.
