Excellent work on the rim of my BMW 750! Work is also guaranteed for I believe 12 months. I’ve referred others and they were all pleased

I took my 13 A6 Audi into them to straighten 3 slightly bent rims. I waited for it to be done. After they finished I looked over the rims and saw that the bad passenger rim had a chip of the clear coat missing along with other spots were discolored. I called the young man out and showed it to him. I had washed the car the day before, so I know there was NO damage on that rim. The guy told me to bring it back Tomorrow and the guy that fixes the coating would be there.
I returned the next day and Tony (Owner/manager ?) was there and the other older guy. I showed them the rim and they told me it was bad clear coat, and had me convinced that what it was. I was to go back to how did the coating. The other guy said he had pictures of the damaged area BEFORE they did the work. I am convinced that that was taken after the damage was done due to the location on his picture was the same as when I found the damage the day they did the work. So I returned today to see if he would fix the rim. He just told me it was bad clear coat. I told him I know that the rim was not damaged when I brought the car there. That he should fix the rim at no cost to me. He just said he was done and walked away. As I was going to get into my car there was a customer standing there (Outside) that Tony was going to get an estimate for. I looked at the guy and said "Be Careful". Tony chims in and says I'm threatening him and he is going to take a picture of my plate, which I told him go ahead. Then he's video taping me in my car as I drive off !
I get a phone call a minute after I leave and didn't answer it, not knowing the number that came up. When I get home I check my messages and it's is from Tony saying he has called the police because I had threatened life !!! and they would put a warrant out on me. WOW.
SAY AWAY for this Place, VERY unprofessional. Untrustworthy.

I took a Mercedes S550 into have a rim repaired and this company did an excellent job. It would have cost me $1500 to replace the wheel that was actually cracked. It was repaired (welded) for $130 and has been perfect since the repair that was done about 2 months. This is a place that my brother has gone to for years and he is very happy with the work they do. Understand that this place is NOT like a dealership, it is very small and you are dealing directly with the repairmen, not with a service rep., but they are very nice.

The rim returned to us was scratched up and looks HORRIBLE. They charged us $90 to fix the bend (we hit a pothole), we could have bought a new rim for $150. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else! The rim returned to us looks completely different than when I dropped it off. Either they destroyed it while trying to repair it or they switched our rim with a different one. I hope this post helps someone in the future to not have the same problem. Shop claimed this was how they received the rim, had it looked like that I would have forgone fixing it and got a new one!
