        In business since 2000, we pride ourselves on exceeding our customer's expectations. We inspect your potential home the way we would want it inspected for us. We know that a home is the biggest purchase most of us make in our lifetimes so we want you to be comfortable in making that decision. We have been in business in Brevard County for almost 20 years. Since our beginning we have completed thousands of inspections. We have 3 State-licensed inspectors with another in training. Our inspectors bring their laptops and printers to your inspection so that you get reports on site. We encourage you to attend your inspection as this is your time to learn about the home. If you cannot attend the inspection, reports are emailed same day. We can complete 4-Point, wind mitigation and roof certification inspections for your insurance.

        Unfortunately I used this company to do an inspection before purchasing my home. Now 3 1/2 years in to ownership I have replace two appliances, air-conditioning system, the main breaker and am now dealing with have to replumb the entire house. He should have told me there were problems with copper pipes in these he's apparently not very proficient in this line of work!

        This a wonderful affordable inspection company. The owners are both friendly and professional and arrived on time. Our inspector was Ken, who is the owner of Happy Home Inspections. He was very thorough and took his time explaining the inspection step by step. Over the years my husband and I have bought 5 different houses but this by far was the best inspection. We also received a nice bound report with pictures and descriptions of the inspection. If you want the best for the house you have chosen to buy this is a company you can choose with confidence. We have recommended them to our daughter who was buying her first house and also several friends and will continue to do so. I give them a 5 star rating
