Cielo Grande Mobile Home Park

I love this place we been here for 4 years very friendly office staff and people in park many activities nothing the others viewer say are true this is a quite and nice park from lot 245

this place is infested with cockroaches and there are disgruntled old ladies riding around in golf carts spying on the residents and complaining to the mgmt to get them kicked out. A horrible place to live! they get an F!!

the place is NOT in a quiet neighborhood and is in a bad neighborhood and druggies jump over the fence to visit their grannies and deal drugs. there are a handful of people who are under the age of 55 and they are cool people. it is the OLD people who are the jerks who complain about everything. They should move out and go to a nursing home

Looked around the property and it is not a strictly 55+ community, police there often. Loud music from cars driving around. As it says above, "nestled in a quiet section of Mesa, AZ" is absurd, it is located on a very busy section of Broadway road which would indicate high traffic noise, and midnight racing on Broadway. Should be deemed a low-income housing complex, not a premier 55+ community. At least on one occasion; as told to me; the pool was closed by the county.

Came to look at this property, was not very impressed, grounds were not very neat, windows near the pool room were disgusting and hadn't been washed in ten years or so. Also deep end of the pool was really filthy. Will definitely look someplace else.
