FastMed Urgent Care in Mesa on Signal Butte Rd.

I randomly drug test and I have always gone to Concentra, but their hours are not very convenient and I always get stuck waiting 30 minutes to one hour. I just found out that Fastmed Urgent Care can provide this service!! I was in and out in 15 minutes and everyone there was so friendly! Great experience!!

I had an infected bug bite and walked into this place and it was $125.00, then they wanted a recheck and it was another $125.00; The guy receptionist was a total jerk, would not call my insurance company to find out what the co-pays were and had an attitude both times I was there. I would not recommend This company at all or any other FastMed Urgent Care and they are worse than loan sharks. It would have been cheaper to go to the ER which is where I will go if I need a doctor.

Very unprofessional doctors and stuff. I went their with my child 2 times for the same thing and they kept prescribing medications for strep throat. After 15 days of not getting better we had to go to the emergency room to find out she never had a strep throat. It was a viral infection. They kept treating my kid for something she never had and she only felt worse. The doctor at the hospital told us that they were supposed to do a strep test first which they didn't. They just assumed wrong both times. I will never come back again.
