Do not rent here. This is a dangerous place. There was at least one shooting within the first year of living here. The units are run down, drafty, and the appliances are as old as the complex. The air conditioning barely works. The management is horrible and not interested in you. There's a reason people leave shortly after renting. Stay away.

This is one of the best places in the East Valley. The staff are nice and friendly, maintenance crew is very efficient. I recommend this apartment homes anytime.
