Horrible bunch of Grinchy Women in ER...I can here at 515p.mishand sit in lobby for an hour before they even got me in for vital signs...smh and them Nurse Betty comes and tries to stick a damn hold in my arm... And when I tell her I was not her Ginnie Pig and she wasn't gone keep diggin in my arm... She blasts off saying... Well I will tell the Dr. You refuse care.. WTH lady your crazy if you think you gone keep sticking around in someone arm... Hurting them! I told them from jump what I thought was wrong with me....a tumor! After getting test done it was conform...I have a tumor! All I was wanting was something for pain because it hurts like hell and nothing is helping...I was told by Nurse Betty I couldn't have water... Because I mite have to go in for emergency surgery.....its no way I would let anyone from this staff operate on me! They put this IV in my arm and I don't need any fluids Period....Before Dr. left out from telling me what was wrong...He said he would write me a prescription for something strong...Nothing I can take now... Because I have to drive home... Nurse Betty and her side kick said they still can't take IV out because he mite want them to give me something though IV... Like Hell... I don't trust you Grinchy Women to give me nothing...and this will be my last time coming here it's 1035p.m and I'm still here! SMH Nurse VICKI aka Betty!

Visit to emergency room

I visited the emergency room and waited, in pain, about 20 minutes. When I finally went to the back, I waited another 20 minutes, again, in the emergency room. When I finally saw the doctor, she just asked me 2 questions and gave me some Maalox.

A week later, I'm still having the same symptoms and I have to visit another doctor's office.

I was very disappointed with their service.

Any common thief and mugger will have the same quality of concern for your health and money as the people at Dallas Regional. At 430 on the night before my scheduled surgery they called to dun me for almost $700, stating that my insurance deductible was not met. I knew that was baloney, having already met my deductibles two weeks prior. By the time I got the insurance company on the phone ten minutes later, Dallas Regional was gone for the day, left early. So I had to have the same argument over money with a different person the next morning when I arrived for my surgery appointment. I was scheduled for outpatient surgery at 0630. By 1030 I was still in the prep room, wired with an IV stuck in my arm, waiting. Apparently, my "appointment" was not a real appointment. The doctor was performing surgery on other people that morning and no one could say when he might get around to taking care of my surgery, that I could very well be waiting there for another 8-10-12 hours or more. During my four hours of waiting I observed cockroaches scurrying across the floor in both waiting rooms; I stomped on one and another patient stomped another; the nurses saw them but apparently didn't care, didn't react at all, which suggests swarms of cockroaches running through the place is accepted routine for them. Another patient in the waiting room was swatting at some kind of flying insects, whether gnats or flies I don't know, but he sure was swatting at something. During the four hours I was waiting on their tardiness for my appointment I over heard the nurses frantically discussing having lost a patient; not died, but MISPLACED a patient, did not know where they had left them. I also overheard nurses fighting with each other at their station, talking about stuff that shouldn't be in the room, somebody didn't do stuff right, and tirelessly fighting amongst themselves. I finally just left without getting my surgery done. Never going back to that circus again.

In 2008 I gave birth to my baby boy, a few days before the hospital was to be shut down and I went home with my baby boy 1 year later I find out my child was deaf and I had a hard time getting a hold of the medical records to check on the hearing test that was supposedly required by the state and I found out he wasnt even tested!

Today i walked in my patients room were he was supposed to be watched carefully with all the other patients in there. When i got there i litteraly herd him screaming for help because he wa halfway on the floor. I dont recommend this place at all i only gave them a star because all feilds are required but i dont like th attention they give the patients or the manners the nurses have.

Unprofessional attitude

I have witnessed such an unprofessional attitude among technicians when I brought my mother for her mammo to diagnostic outpatient facility of Dallas regional hospital. Gee I guess I am blessed that I don't work with people like that who would bark like dogs at their co-workers. Anyway it was simply ugly to watch

This place sucks. I took my so...

This place sucks. I took my son to the ER with breathing difficulties. He is an asthmatic and was wheezing really bad. I stood in the waiting room for 1 hr even before the triage nurse assessed him. as soon as he was assessed, he received a breathing treatment.( 1 hr later) then put back out in the waiting room to wait.
