Boardwalk

Absolute crap. Old air conditioning units, no parking and terrible office staff. My father is dying of cancer, the doctors have given him 3-6 months to live so I went to the office and told them I need out of my lease. I told them ill pay the $1,434 early release fee (two months rent at $717 for a shitty little studio) but I can’t give 30 days notice as I just got the news and have my flight booked in three days. With two months rent for a place they can rent out in a week, she still didn’t help. She said my case isn’t special and if she has to do this for me, she has to do it for everyone by forgiving the 30 days notice. I’m pretty sure not everyone’s father is dying of cancer and they need to go be by his bedside. This corporation is a sham. This apartment complex alone is horrible. Bugs and ghetto people everywhere that comtribute to loud traffic right outside the window. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
