Obsessed with ILKB Methuen! The instructors are amazing. They make you feel welcomed and they actually care about each and every one of their members. You don't need any kickboxing experience, they teach you everything you need to know!

It's definitely addicting, and you only get better and better! I love everything about this place. It beats going to a gym and doing the same workout every time or trying to figure out how to work certain machines. Definitely give it a try! You'll walk out every time knowing you had a great workout. Always looking forward to the next class!

Words cannot begin to describe how I’ve been feeling since I started ILKB (Methuen) almost two months ago. I have tried everything in the book and nothing has kept me so motivated and energized as this class has. From the first day, the energy is always so pumped that it is very difficult to not get in the mood. The staff is amazing, very caring, and helpful and definitely love what they do. The workouts are pretty intense but if it’s not challenging then it wouldn’t be as fun as it is. The classes are never the same. It is the quickest hour of my life. It is by far the best workout experience I’ve ever had. I am not more motivated than ever to do what’s in my best interest. It was the kick start I needed. I am beyond happy that I made the decision to make the investment on myself. Though we may all be there for different reasons, we are one big happy family.

I've never really liked gyms or even barely did gym class in high school but ever since I've joined I Love Kickboxing in Methuen I have never regretted it. The staff is so nice and friendly they really do make you feel welcomed.
