New England Die Cutting has been making an impact with precision die cutting and steel-rule die manufacturing since 1982. The company can manufacture custom die-cut components to within five thousandths of an inch, enabling NEDC to meet the demanding specifications of any industry from aerospace to automotive, computers to communication and medical to electronics. To fit each customer s production process, NEDC can package parts in loose, sheets or rolls. The company has a laser die cutting machine to a full-size water jet cutter. NEDC also has a wide range of capabilities such as converting, slitting and applying pressure sensitive adhesives to almost any material. The company provides services such as CNC milling, turning, pressure forming, thermo forming, screw machining, polishing and fabrication.
