I made a purchase from this store online and had to cancel the purchase the same day. I talked to customer service the day of the purchase/cancellation and there were no issues. That day I found customer service helpful however the hold on my check card was not removed as they claim it had been. Five days after the purchase/cancellation the hold still remains. Both my bank and the store claim the cancellation of the hold can take up to 3 days. If that's so, even if the cancellation didn't process the first day, the hold should have already been removed from my card. I would not purchase from this vendor as these practices are not professional. Friendly customer service can only get you so far when you are lying to the customer about the details of the transaction.
