Burger King

Long period of waiting in drive thru and asked to move forward and back to stop the timer. They didnt have chicken sandwiches nor whoppers. They always running out of stuff. I don't even know how when they don't get packed like that. I think they just out of people working.

I experienced a very similiar problem this morning on my way to work. I placed an order for a number 4 and shortly after leaving I realized they had not given me my order or a receipt. I returned to the bk and advised the young lady that I had not received a receipt or the correct order. Shortly after a man came to the window screaming that I had ordered a number two and that everyone in the restuarant heard it. I stated that I was very aware of my order and if I was given a receipt it would have shown. I asked the man for his name and he shouted his name was Jose and he refused to provide his last name. When I asked him for a corporate number he said "too bad, it's a franchise" I asked for the owners number and he said he was the owner (I highly doubt that). When I asked for my receipt he said they dont give receipts. I ended up asking for my money back and gave the food back to "Jose". The other staff stood around smiling and joking, I guess that is something they see everyday.

the employees here are like jokers.... they play on you and with your order... challenging your order, taking your money and also not giving you a receipt. It stinks everywhere and homeless lie all around the restaurant... I have tried again and again, but I just can't go back anymore, it is gross and also through the drive thru they mess up your order and are lazy not even to try to please you, they laugh and ignore you when you return your order. I have never had an experience llike this one going to a Burger King. They need to clean up their act in every way. Get rid of all the employees and all the homeless and start fresh and clean with a new look and new employees and design something so the homeless don't lie around the outside; it's a good important corner; they need to start fresh with a new idea for this restaurant... Clean it Up.... now......I really want to go back because it is on my way... Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
