I absolutely would recommend Coconut Grove Realty. As a renter, I had a lot of difficulty finding anyone who would take the time or interest in my search. From the moment I met Michelle Wells I knew I was in good hands. She provided me with the company's website cgrc.com that allows you to view available listings that are updated daily. I appreciated this feature because I was able to view and filter out places immediately without relying on someone else to email me listings. Michelle made several follow up calls and was always readily available when I wanted to view a place. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and together we found the perfect place for me. I am very grateful and look forward to working with Coconut Grove Realty again in the future. I WELL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COPY I left a voice mail for Ms. Randie. She never replied. I called back and spoke with her and he asked me to send her an email in regards to my requests. He didn't reply. Three days later I sent a follow up email. He advised to standby that he would be in contact with me. 2 weeks later, he hasn't had the courtesy to contact me. I even did all the groundwork and sent her all the information on the properties that I am interested in. This person is not somebody that you should work with. check all the reviews onder the all same day , they must be fakes.
