        Overall

        Cozydays does not stand behind the products they sell. Purchased a patio umbrella that we were not strong enough to open. Called Cozydays and was told to send it back...just show FedEx the pack slip. Fed Ex charged us $52 to return the item, which Cozy Days will not reimburse (even though they said they would). Buyers beware. 👎
