Goin' Postal

Muy buena atención y variedad de servicios. Pude despachar mis paquetes sin problemas y a muy buen precio. Quedé muy conforme!

Excelente servicio y atención. Mi experiencia en envíos de paquetes a diferentes destinos como Mexico, Cuba y Argentina han sido excelentes. Tienen una variedad de servicios de envío muy completa ya que hasta china me ofrecieron servicio. En cuanto a costo compare con otras tiendas y estaba mucho mas barato el precio con Goin Postal incluso que con una tienda directa de UPS, Mi experiencia fue altamente recomendable, fácil, y dinámico.

I have never been so disappointed with the customer service from an establishment as I was today from the lack of service received from Going Postal. They advertise that they do USPS mail, yet they do not honor any postage that has been placed on an envelope, unless you purchase it directly from them. I am 8 & 1/2 months pregnant and from the minute I walked in the door it was a bad experience. I was next in line for service and guy behind the desk made me wait nearly 10 minutes before he took care of me because he kept taking phone calls and carrying conversations with other people instead of assisting the customer. Besides that, he started taking care of another customer that walked in after me, without any regard that he had left me waiting all this time. I obviously made him aware of the situation and he finally took my request with a bad attitude and to top it off would not credit the postage that was already on the envelope, with the excuse that "he would be charged for it". I mentioned that at the post office they would, his response was, "yes, that's at the post office" with a negative attitude and loud voice and gave me back my envelope and would not process my request. Clearly this person has no manners, lacks customer service skills and lost a client. I usually don't write reviews, but I would like to save others the headache of doing business at this place. Will not recommend ever and will never set foot in there again.
