Marble & Tile Cleaning Specialists

We used this service back in November and scheduled time and date,the guy Jose, came supposedly to work but wanted to change time since he did not have the materials. Because we work during the week we explained that we had made arrangements to be at home the weekend agreed. He came alone and took two days to finish. The floors while shiny were left cracked unfinished with scrapes vs a smooth glossy finish and my furniture splatered with the chemicals. The shiny finish did not last even 3 months, it may be due to the lack of materials.
Today Jose called and asked for a different name asked me to confirm my address and told me I was due for maintenance. I asked what was this about and when he explained I told him I would discuss with my husband and get back to him.
Later on I get a text saying that he will not be offering his services to me and that I am rude.
Needless to say I will not be using his services and do not recommend someone who conducts business that way. Unprofessional.
Update - his work did not last a year! My floors are dull and had to dish out $900 for someone else to come to repair the mess he made and make my floors shiny the way they were supposed to be in the first place - beware!

Not pleased with end result of deep cleaning my tile. Called for redo of areas that needed improvement. They also broke one of my floor tiles. Rescheduled twice as they did not show up for the 2 follow up appointments. He now doesn't return phone calls or text. Would think twice before doing business with Jose. Will not hire again.

I had this company cleaned the tile on my workshop and also had them polish the travertine floors in my house. They carefully cover the area to protect my furniture and what really loved is that one of the owner stayed until job was completed supervising and making sure everything was ok. I will definitely call them back for maintenance in a couple of months.
