Miami Shores Plumbing

The WORST experience EVER! They installed bathtub faucets in backwards. A few months later the hot water faucet would not shut off. We called & let them know it was an emergency. After the second call we requested that they also let the owner know. We called AGAIN. After a couple of hours they called to say someone was on their way. An hour and a half later a technician FINALLY showed up. He had to turn off the water completely. So now I cannot take a bath for another 24 hours. ( that is IF someone shows up tomorrow, as promised) The company has proven to be UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRESPONSIVE. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary. If the almost $700 job was done correctly the first time, this never would have happened.

Miami Shores Plumbing has been a great fins for me and my girlfriend since we moved to Miami. When we first had a problem with our toilet, we were not sure who to contact. We were both new to using plumbing companies since we are recent college graduates, who just started living on our own. We asked our maintenance man in our building who recommended a company he has had past success with named Miami Shores Plumbing. We than took his advice and looked on Yelp for reviews. We looked on yelp and saw the company only had two stars. This worried us at first. But we asked our maintenance man why the ratings were so poorly. He said those reviews don't add up to the service they have provided for him and his friends in the past. So thankfully we followed through with MSP plumbing and found out that he was in fact right to the point when it came to there knowledge and skills in the plumbing industry. We recommend MSP plumbing to anyone who is unsure who to use in the Miami area for plumbing.
