Pickup Truck Hauling, Moving and Delivery Service

I call this guy Tony on January 9, 2018 to bring a sofa from Downtown Miami to Sunny Isles. I went to check on this Craigs List Purchase the night before and decide to buy it since it was in impecable conditions. The seller call me and told me that Tony put the sofa on the side and started dragging on the tiled hallway without a blanket. I received the sofa, which it was impecable, all dirty on the side and fabric was broken on the corner for the drag on the floor. The guy said, he did it this way because he charged me very little and regarding the dirt, not to worry “ I can clean with Windex”, like if is a piece of glass…. I have the most awful experience because we all understand, slippery hands, breakage, accidents, but this is a person that has no respect, no consideration ,ad doesn’t have a mind to the business his performing.
