Will waste your time. Likes to hear himself talk. Hes very loud. My neighbors could hear him. Hes rude and condescending. I asked him a simple question and he says "here we go again". Whatever that means, hes rude. He also came extremely dirty. He has no hygiene what so ever, and he smelled. He gives you a price based on looking at you and how you live. He charges triple everyone else and im sure he barely knows what hes doing. This guy is arrogant and thinks way too much of himself.
