There is absolutely nothing professional or honest about this location, you’re better off going to the design district for actual help. I placed an order with Yony and Carlos Quintero, paid the $100 fee and left the store expecting to trade my Current vehicle the next day, AFTER reading my car and showing that the vehicle is paid off I’m then told that I no longer have a vehicle on hold because it has passed the 48 hour hold and I wasn’t told anything because they expected me to take it that same day?!??? MAKES ABSOLUTEY NO SENSE and it’s all a he said/she said with no one doing anything about it. WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A VEHICLE
