I had a great experience with Top Seal. Carlos came for an estimate the day after I called to check out our leaks. He was on time, very professional, and knowledgeable. Best of all, they had reasonable quotes to fix the roof. The crew was able to come the next day (over the weekend) to do the repairs before the rain came. They were right on time, friendly, and even found more problems in other areas of the roof which they fixed for just the cost of materials ($100). The patches cover the entire rooms where the problem areas existed, which is much larger of coverage than any other company quoted to use. I appreciate their hard work and honesty. Top Seal goes above and beyond to fix your roof at a great price.
