Amenities: One-to-one hourly sessions, with services ranging from gentle restorative therapy to advanced fitness training, are provided by our licensed physical therapists. Our studio is furnished with Balanced Body Pilates equipment and a private treatment room is dedicated to massage and other manual therapies.

Medical Weight Loss
At Transform our fitness clients recognize the value of professional training under the guidance of our physical therapists. We create custom Pilates exercise programs, ranging from gentle restorative sessions to high energy and sports performance workouts, that challenge our clients to reach their personal goals. Sport specific training for tennis and golf, for example, will include exercises to improve trunk strength and rotation. A weight loss program may include cardiovascular exercises performed on the universal reformer. Transitioning from rehabilitation after an illness or injury requires careful exercise selection and a gradual plan of progression. We specialize in accommodating all ages and levels of experience and teach our clients how to exercise with confidence and control.

Sciatica
Spine rehabilitation is a central focus of our practice. We develop Pilates based programs to manage conditions such as sciatica, herniated disc, stenosis, osteoporosis and post-operative spine surgery. For the diagnosis and treatment of scoliosis and kyphosis, we offer a rehabilitation program developed by the Barcelona Scoliosis Physiotherapy School (BSPTS) based on the original work of Katharina Schroth.
