Mason's Chimney Services

I happened to see the Mason's truck at my neighbor's home, and walked over to ask about their services. I told them that I hadn't had my chimney swept in over five years and that I get birds nesting in my flew every year. I thought surely there would be a mess in there. They quoted a price for the cleaning and a cap (which I asked for) and said that they would come over when they were finished and do the job if they had time, or schedule an appointment. They knocked on the door a little while later and said they had the time for the job. I was thrilled. HOWEVER, what impressed me the most, is when they had already brought in all of their gear and covered my carpets, they were SO HONEST WITH ME, and told me that my chimney was VERY CLEAN AND LOOKED BRAND NEW. IT DID NOT NEED TO BE CLEANED. Now with me thinking that it did, they could have very easily "cleaned it" and charged me the $259.00 cleaning fee. THEY DID NOT. THEY HAD ME LOOK INTO THE CHIMNEY TO SEE HOW CLEAN IT WAS. That to me showed honesty and integrity. I did ask them to put the cap on so that I would not have the birds back, and they agreed that the cap was necessary.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CHIMNEY SWEEP OR ANY OTHER SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. They restored my faith in the professional service industry.
