The owner came out and took a look at my property after a flooding event. He provided a quote within 24 hours that was below other quotes we had gotten. He was very responsive over email and phone. 



The employees showed up on time on the date of the work. In fact they were 15 minutes early. I was told the job would take all day but actually took just over half a day. The old floor was jack hammered out, gravel put in the floor, new drainage ran under the floor and a new sump pump installed and tested. In addition, vinyl was applied to the walls so any water that did come in would be fed to the drainage system. 



The work looks very professional, the workers cleaned up very well after the job, they protected our hardwood floors going in and out of the house. They started early, ended early and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They also pointed out a bad electrical wire prior to starting the work which is a bonus because now I can get that replaced.

I’m bit cynical when it comes to paying for house work to be done. I grew up in a contractor household so I prefer to do the work myself. Armored Basement took care of the unfinished section of our basement which had been causing all kinds of leaks and water problems. They installed a french drain and updated some of our sump pumps. I went ahead and signed the contract with Armored Basement Waterproofing for them to perform the work and scheduled to have the work done. The crew showed up promptly on time on the scheduled date. Everyone on the crew was very professional and nice. I enjoyed chatting with the guys. They did a fantastic job. They were very careful to keep everything in my basement clean. After all the work was done, everything looked great.



The most important part is my basement is BONE dry now thanks to Armored Basement Waterproofing. We've had several big rains since I had their system installed, and I haven't had a drop of water in my basement. This is an incredible weight lifted off my shoulders to not have to worry about my basement flooding anymore. I highly recommend Armored Basement Waterproofing to anyone with water issues.

Jay from Armored Basement Waterproofing was very knowledgeable and gave his recommendations without being a salesman like some of the other companies we had out. The solution he recommended was more thorough than those proposed from others, and the quote was also lower.. so it was an easy choice to go with them!



The crew showed up on schedule, but the job ended up progressing slower than expected. What was expected to be a one-day job ended up taking two, but the job was completed to my satisfaction and our basement has been water-free ever since.

After carefully searching for a qualified and reputable water proofing professional, I selected Armored Basement Waterproofing. Jay came out on time for an assessment of my waterproofing needs. He was knowledgeable and confident with recommending services that I would need. He was not overbearing and told me exactly what type of system I needed.

Everything went well with the job. From the signing of the contract, to completion of the waterproofing services, I was provided with a date two weeks out along with what to expect and be prepared for. The crew, led by Chris, arrived on time and ready to start the job without any issue. They gave me an expected time of completion of about fours which they met. I was pleased with the completed job and the finished install which was seamless. The only issue I had was not being told upfornt was that the use of a credit card would required a processing service charge. I would use Armored Basement Waterproofing again and refer them to anyone in need of waterproofing services in the future.

Jay and the team could not have been better. Highly recommend this company. Their estimate was fair, the discussion was open and honest about the pros and limits of the wall system. The company is small enough that you are always speaking with the same folks, which I find very important. The crew showed up first thing in the morning and worked like crazy til they were done. I have never seen a crew work that hard and be that focused before! They cleaned up the entire site, leaving no mess for me to deal with. With all the heavy rain we had the month later I called the office with some concerns. The same crew showed up, made some minor adjustments and made sure I was happy with the results. The system has been working really well. I am excited about being able to use this part of my house for an actual office. Great work team!

I was very impressed by this company. They showed up on time when they said they would and finished waterproofing my entire basement within 2 days. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. The workers even laid a floor rag from the door upstairs to the basement door.
