Prior to visiting Davydov Monuments, I made a research using available resources: Internet, brochures, and price lists from different companies, so, I had a general understanding of the marked and of the price range. Still I had many questions, so, I appreciated not only Albert willingness to answer my questions, but also his patience while addressing repeated questions from our family members. He practically guided us in a process we were not familiar with. Specifically, he explained characteristics of stones, demonstrated samples, and spent time showing different styles of monument design, so, our family was able to pick design/stone combination that met our requirements/taste/preferences. Articulated price estimate was very competitive as well. We accepted contract with Davydov monuments without any price negotiations for two reasons. First of all, other monument companies we visited didn’t demonstrate such level of cooperation, while price levels were higher. The second reason was compressed project time (the monument had to be installed in less than 4 months) – we appreciate Albert’s efforts made to meet required dates. Also, he communicated with the rabbi and with the cemetery on their requirements and limitations/restrictions, thus making the process go smoothly.

Albert made us feel very comfortable at such a time of grieving. He added a beautiful inscription to the Family monument, which matched perfectly with the other inscriptions on the stone. He made us feel happy to have honored our relative with such beautiful work which was done in a prompt and accurate manner.
