        Overall

        Terrible service. It was pulling teeth to get major fixes completed. They are quick to take your money but treat you very low. Do not rent any of their properties!!! Worst 12 months of my life. Had to legal services involved. DO NOT RENT!!!!!! Hope they turn things around but doubt it will happen. Placed a one star on here because they won't let you do less. I have rented from several companies over ten years and all positive. This was like a nightmare that you couldn't wake up from.
