Scotti Muffler always provide great service to me. The staff never leaves one question unanswered. My loyalty wiith Scotti Muffler is based on their honest evaluation of the work that needs to be done to my car. I got tired of mechanics telling me that something was wrong with my car and it really wasn't. I need to work with people who have intergrity! I needed mechanics who actually fixed what wass wrong with my car. I have had too many experience were I spent money just to find out that the job was not complete or half done. The guys at Scotti always keep me informed wether its a major or minor issue by calling me. On top of that, they are reasonable with labor charges! Its not able making a quick million, its about keeping loyal customers!
