Party Fair

I was at the Middletown, NJ store Sunday February 1st at 4:50pm to grab two things of beaded necklaces for my gender reveal party. As soon as I walked into the store I was even greeted, I was only told "we close in 10 mins" the ladies were standing around doing nothing. I was done in 5 minutes and as I checked out I was given dirty looks by the 3 staff members and 1 women who I believe was a manager. My receipt was thrown at me and didn't even get a "thank you" just a bunch of lazy women standing around doing nothing! I will call corporate again since they don't seem to care either

Went in for a Halloween costume and was greeted by some of the most helpful and courteous staff I've ever had. One told me he was Halloween help, but they'd better keep him on full time. He made the trip fun for the kids and made sure the costume we got had every. single. piece. How many times have we grabbed one and a belt was missing? Not a fear here. The pride in products and service aren't found like this many places.

Great store -- always has what I am looking for. I recently had a sweet 16 for my daughter and I couldn't believe the balloon options that were available!! It came out perfect.
