Country Manor Apartments

The manager of this property is a lazy woman who does nothing but talk on the phone all day to her friends. Repairs are not done in a timely fashion. It takes weeks and sometimes months for repairs to be made, if they are made at all.The manager and the maintenance staff talks about the tenants with no regard for their privacy. The complex has mold in all the buildings and most apartments and has not been addressed. They refuse to return your security deposit making claims of damage after you move out with no proof of damage. They also have a drug problem in the complex with people dealing drugs. This is NOT the place to live if you want to live in a nice place,this place is a slum and is a waste of time. They want their rent on time or they have you served with legal papers but they do not want to abide by the terms of the lease for them to hold up,this is breach of contract.
