Troy's Transmission Service

Troy's Transmission Service replaced the transmission in my 2006 Lincoln Navigator. Transmissions for this vehicle are very hard to find because of the vehicle age. Troy (the owner) went out of his way to help me acquire the transmission and replace my old one which was so bad I almost had to drive in reverse to get it to his shop. Now my 2006 Lincoln Navigator runs like a charm!

My H3 Hummer was having shifting problems. I am from out of town and working out here in Odessa. I tried a couple of things that didn't work. After doing some research I settled on Troy's. I was fearing the worst. They made me an appointment so I didn't have to drop it off and leave it. No one else I called would do that.
Troy himself was waiting for me with clip board in hand when I showed up. He listened carefully to me while I told him the symptoms. I had a call from Troy by early afternoon with a diagnosis and by mid afternoon It was done. I couldn't get there til after 5:30 and he and his tech stayed late to show me what were the problems. It was full transparency. The bill was less than $300. and the transmission works perfectly. He earns 5 stars from me in all categories. If I am needing transmission work again while I am here in Odessa. I won't call anyone else. Thank you Troy.
