E A Williams Property Management

E.A. Williams Property Management company is the best I have worked with. I am a residential realtorand have been in the business for over 20 years. Ihave 3 rental properties that she manages. She is very good about checking credit of renters, etc. She also checks on the properties quarterly to make sure the properties are being kept up. I recommend her to everyone that I know. I don't usually write reviews but after dealing with this company I had to warn people. The owner of this company is very rude to deal with and check out their BBB status. They have only been accredited with BBB since last November. I feel like they took advantage of a first time renter.

Don't walk, RUN AWAY from this company! Katrina Benbow is very unprofessional and unethical! If I could give it less than one star I would. I was told that I would receive my deposit back when I rented from them and when I received my check they had deducted $700 for "repairs" which were not my fault! This company CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!
