Sportsman's Warehouse

A great place to buy items from this Great Sportman store.

I recently ordered items on ther website. They ended up sending me totally wrong items. I called the customer service about it and they agreed that they made a big mistake. How can you pull the wrong items? they're suppose to be professionals that know their jobs, right? I didn't even get a apology from the customer service person for their mistake. I'm currently overseas, since they don't know how to ship overseas. I already had to paid two shipping charges. First to ship to my Stateside address and then ship to my address overseas. Now to return these wrong items back, I have to spend more money out of my pocket. Which they said can't be reimburse. Why is Sportsmans Warehouse treating customers like this. Are they really hurting that bad, that they can't reimburse customers for their trouble, because of their unprofessional screwup. This store should be willing to work with the customers and make it right instead of nickle and dimeing customers. Next time I'll shop at my good old trusted Cabelas and Bass Pro Shops, these two stores would never treat their customers like this. Sportsmans Warehouse, you can learn a thing or two from these two awesome professional stores. I can bet 100%, after this terrible shopping experience with Sportsmans Warehouse, that I'll never, ever shop or order from this store again. Oh did I mention their Customer Service is terrible, save your hard earn cash and some headache and shop at the more well established stores. It sure isn't this one.
