i am sorry you fell for the bait and switch. i am sorry you believed your air duct could be cleaned for $59.99, $79.99, $89.99, $99.99 or even $200.00 dollars. but ya know what i fell for it to about 5 years ago. i suggest you do your research.

We called the company requesting a quote over the phone. We described the number of vents, return air vents, and square footage of our home and were quoted $99. The "technician" arrived late and began into the work as discussed. When he completed the service he came to give a quote for $2000 of service, then $400, then $250 if we would hand out some of their business cards. As he was trying to convince us to purchase more service his boss kept calling on his cell phone. We finally got him to stop his sales pitch at which point he picked up his phone and started into some sort of script with his boss. It took 20 minutes to get them to stop trying to sell us more of their crap service and leave. The company was not up front about what they wanted to do and scheme by waiting until they are all set up and done with what they were hired to do before they start into trying to sell you more of their poor service. Avoid this business!
