10 ft. pole? Try 20 ft. pole instead! Staying away isn't good enough...in short, this is place should be avoided at all cost. We thought we can save some money buy going here instead of Homedpot or Lowes' but in the end the saving was not even worth the stress of fighting with them or the loss of sleep. Bottom line is:

they make promises and don't deliver
switch and bait...

so just go anyhwhere, anywhere is better than here. If I had done my research and find this previous reviewer, I would have been better off. Typical Vietnamese business mentality, once they got your money, they can careless if you come back in the future or refer anyone..very short-sighted..and I am vietnamese.
