I dropped my car off (before they opened, due to my schedule) this morning not knowing what was wrong with it. I called once they opened & told them what kind of noise it was making, when it started, & what the men in my family thought it may be. About an hour later, I got a call back from Cris (she's really sweet), who told me exactly what was wrong & what to expect. I was really shocked when she said that they could get the parts & do it today, and for a great price too! Four hours later, Chris called me to let me know that everything was fixed! Estep has worked on my car before, (air conditioner crapped out, lol) and they were the first place I called to get the work done this time. If you ever have any problems come up with your car, I want to let you know that Estep is the place to go! (I swear I didn't mean to rhyme) They are very fair & up front with their pricing, and don't try to rip you off or tell you that you need anything more than what you do. Also, unlike other shops, they don't try to take advantage of you just because you are a woman. Thank you again to everyone out @ Estep Automotive, you've got a lifelong customer!

I started going to this place about 6 months ago when I needed a starter put on my truck. This place was recommended by Autozone in MWC. Made the appointment and the people there werer awesome. Explained what was done and were genuinely concerned about other issues I had with the recalls I had on my truck, as to how things were running and such. I have been going there every since. I recently needed to buy a vehicle to replace the truck I was passing down to my teenager. I called Chris (the sales rep) to see if they could recommend a vehicle and perhaps give me an honest opinion on the vehicle I later purchased. Not only did they fit me in that very day, but gave me a ride to come pick it up later. Bob, the owner/master mechanic also showed me what was wrong with my timing belt, but made service recommendations and went out of his way to explain how my timing belt needed to be replaced at regular intervals due to the nature of how my vehicle was made. I was happy with the service I received from them and the "extra touch" given when I didn't fully understand what could possibly go wrong with my vehicle. Very friendly service and honest. I came in thinking I needed a huge repair and they were the best on price. I was PLEASANTLY surprised when my $790.00 repair was only a minor sensor. They could have charged me but they didn't. I will come here for everything.. Thanks for being so honest.

They put a rebuilt motor in my explorer....GREAT PRICE...I get all my oil changes here..and anything that need to be done..Bobby (owner) saved me from buying a hunk of junk...
