Waited for over three months to meet with the doctor who was less than excited to help my stomach condition. Was finnaly diagnosed with chronic reflux after an edoscopy but was given no medication or advice from the doctors after the procedure. The people at the this facility seem to not care about the well being of their pantients.



Choose a different doctor and facility

Could they possibly care less about their patients? The last time I visited the DMV I had a more engaging experience. I waited THREE MONTHS for an appointment here; and when I finally got in, the doctor could not have been less interested in my condition. The only "treatment" I received was to get in line and wait ANOTHER THREE MONTHS for a highly invasive (and expensive) colonoscopy exam. Can I have something for the extreme discomfort and occasional debilitating pain? NOPE. There was absolutely NO ATTEMPT to diagnose or treat me; I had to go back to my primary care physician for an actual prescription. I then cancelled all future exams/appointments with this office, and I'll never go back. I suggest you do the same

On My first appointment here Dr. Donahue made me wait 2.5 hours. No one explained anything to me about the preparation for the procedure that we had booked and on the day of the procedure it had to be cancelled. I called to reschedule and was berated by the nurse that was booking it over for me. Finally, the day before my rescheduled procedure they cancelled me again. Horrible experience from the start, from people who have forgotten how to care for people. I will never go back.

My experiences with Dr. Crimaldi over the years is better than excellent. Dr. Crimaldi is very caring and attentive to the patience needs and concerns and puts the patient at ease with his gentle bed-side manner. Several family members have Dr. Crimaldi and we just love him and are so glad we found such a wonderful doctor.

Where is the review I just wrote

I am a new patient at this practice. My introductory exam, which took approximately one hour, was provided by the highly competent nursing staff. They provided a thorough initial examination and patiently answered all of my questions. This seems to be a busy practice and thus requires a high level of efficiency to accommodate all of the patients in a timely manner. The office staff is one of the most efficient that I have ever encountered at a doctors office. They were able to move patients to their appointments with a minimum waiting time (I waited less than 10 minutes to start my appointment.) I look forward to meeting my new doctor, Dr. Brian Moquin, at my next visit, who also came highly recommended.
