Steak 'n Shake

I would like to write a review but the lines are so long I have not been able to access the parking lot . I will have to give them a 5 star rating do to
all the business they are receiving !

I was looking forward to my visit since I wanted a Chicago style hotdog. The food was just okay but the service was LOUSY. We waited a long time for the waitress to take our order. My wife ordered cole slaw but never got a fork. No napkins. Then our waitress disappeared never checking on us. I went to the front counter and another waitress gave me four tiny napkins (even though she was wrapping silverware into nicer napkins) and one fork. I WON'T BE BACK.

Drive thru was still about 45 minutes so we went inside. Server was not friendly whatsoever, her attitude was more like she couldn't wait for us to leave, because she gave us the check while we were still eating and we wanted to order shakes. I actually considered giving her tip to the girl that was serving the table next to ours. Brittany was her name i believe. The wait was entirely too long for being a few months old now. They should be well staffed enough to handle the business. Disappointed. Will only return

Terrible service, terrible food, nightmare of a parking lot. Will never return and stick to 5 Guys. The first time I have ever in my life not left a tip!

Mediocre food, terrible service and long lines. Best thing about this place was finally paying the bill and going home never to return.
