Cinco De Mayo Fiesta Restaurant

Tried to order a take out order, someone answered the phone could not speak English, put the phone down and never came back to the phone. Tried to call back, phone was busy for 1 1/2 hours...

To start, I ordered a beer from their menu that they couldn't find behind the bar, so I said a Dos Equis would be fine.....I received a Dos Equis Amber.



We had to ask for more chips and salsa, when our meals came out the waitress didn't ask if we needed any refills on our beverages. We were waiting for her to come back and check on our meals and maybe ask us if we needed anything, that didn't happen, so I took it upon myself to go to the bar and get us refills (the waitress was behind the bar getting others drinks, and ignored the fact that I was standing there).



We finished our entire meal without a visit from her until it was time for the check. We paid by credit card and she came back with the receipt to sign and proceeded to stand there while we filled it out, making us feel very uncomfortable.



The food was alright, nothing to write home about, but needless to say the terrible service that we received and the mediocre food gives us no reason to ever go back there.

AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD. THE ATMOSPHERE ALSO CONDUCIVE WITH THE MEXICAN CULTURE, PLAYS HARMONIC MEXICAN MUSIC IN THE BACKGROUND AND THE DECOR/COLORS THE SAME. HOMEMADE CHIPS WITH 2 OF THEIR HOMEMADE SAUCES OFFERED. THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE SPICINESS. THE MEAL PRICING I EXPERIENCED WAS REMARKABLE. FOR EXAMPLE, I HAD A DELICIOUS CHICKIEN BURRITO LUNCH WHICH CONSISTED OF HOMEMADE SOUP, LG BURRITO WITH MELTED CHEECE AND SAUCE, RICE, HOMEMADE GUACAMOLE AND SOUR CREAM. ALL FOR $5.00. THAT'S RIGHT, $5.00. ALL THEIR LUNCHES RANGED AROUND THE $5.00 PRICE. SUPPER OF COURSE IS PRICED SLIGHTLY HIGHER, AS IS ALL PLACES. THE WAITRESS I HAD WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THE BAR HAS SPECIALS 2 FOR 1 MARGARITA NIGHTS, ETC. THEY DO MAKE EXCELLENT STRAWBERRY MARGARITA'S. YMMM. MY FAMILY AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE ON-GOING CUSTOMERS OF LA IGAUNA LOCA.
